Frequently Asked Questions

How does billing work? Premium is billed monthly via credit card (Stripe). You can cancel anytime—no commitment. Your plan remains active until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds? Yes. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days of Premium, we’ll refund you fully, no questions asked.

What currency do you charge in? All prices are in EUR (€). If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert at their exchange rate.

Is there a free trial? Yes—Premium includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You’ll only be charged if you continue after the trial.

What happens if I exceed my free plan limit? You’ll receive a notification when you reach your 1-document limit. You can upgrade to Premium anytime or wait until next month to create a new document.

Can I switch between plans? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the app. Changes take effect immediately (with pro-rated billing for upgrades).

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe. We don’t store your card details—Stripe handles all payment security.

Do prices include VAT? Prices are displayed excluding VAT. Belgian VAT (21%) applies to Belgian customers. EU VAT rules apply to other countries.

Is Peppol mandatory? Not yet in Belgium, but it will be mandatory for B2G (business-to-government) invoices from 2026. Many large companies already require it for B2B.
